Welcome!

Hi!  I'm Kim Giles and thank you for visiting my boutique!  The purpose of me starting this business is to spread God's Word, positivity, and encouragement.  My own life experiences inspired me to begin this journey and business adventure, and I hope you join me in adding light in someone's day.  

Over the course of my life thus far, I've learned that sometimes even a smile makes a difference in someone's day.  We may not see it, but God does.  

A smile is sometimes all we need.  Being told or reading "You matter" can do so much for someone.  There's so much negativity we encounter, let's change that up and pay it forward with something positive.

We all go through challenges in life.  I certainly have.  The most recent challenge for me is getting through the loss of my husband on April 6, 2023, three days before Easter.  He passed away from stage 4 pancreatic cancer (it also spread to his liver, both lungs, and the mass on his pancreas grew 2 cm in a month to 6.6 cm).  He was diagnosed just March 3 and a month later he was gone, not even able to have his first chemo treatment.  In 2022 my mother passed away on April 18, the day after Easter.

It's been difficult moving forward without my husband.  I miss him daily.  I miss my mom daily.  But, I am so grateful God blessed me with both of them for the time we had together.  

God's so full of grace & mercy, and I am truly so glad He is always by my side.  As much as I miss my husband and mom, I do not blame God for the pain.  It's part of life.  I choose to look for the blessings and thank God for my husband and for the time I had with him.  I thank God for my mom and for the time I had with her.  They are not suffering but healed, happy, healthy, and whole.
